Cannot Login to Official Server
Solved
Every time I try to login to the US-EOS #2 Server I get a “Lost Connection to Host/Server” message.

This is a bug caused by the quick resume feature of newer xboxs, keen is well aware of the bug as are all the server admins but keen have consistently failed to address this as a bug despite it being easily reproducible.
Unfortunately the only fix is to wait until the server gets reset which can take several days then you'll be allowed back on. Every time you log off the server be sure to close the game on the Xbox side screen and that should prevent it from happening sometimes.

To send logs, you can follow those steps:
After you do, we will link your logs and thread to our internal ticket about the issue.
You can also ask the server administrator to remove your character and any leftover grids owned by you or switch their ownership to another player.
