I cannot press any buttons on the Code Editor screen. Steam version 1.205

Duplicate

On the code editor screen, pressing any of the five buttons, including the close button, only causes the buttons to light up and not respond.

A similar report was made 4-5 years ago, but when the ESC button is pressed, the program works, but the other functions are not available.

Hello Engineer,

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.

However, as you can see, we are already aware of it, please see this thread:

https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/27865-programmable-block-stopped-accepting-left-clicks-but

Even though this problem is known to us that it is happening to some players, we still struggle to reproduce this problem on our side, hence the "Need more information" status of the thread. If you have any recent and (preferably) easy to reproduce steps to achieve this problem steadily, please add the comment with the steps to reproduce there or any other information that you can provide to this thread.

Also please feel free to read through this "Solved" thread and its comments:

https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/stuck-in-editor-of-programmable-block

as it is offering some fixes/workarounds for this problem.

Anyway, as this thread is speaking about already known problem, I will close it as "Duplicate".

Please use the information above for further steps.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department
