We found the issue. Valve recommended removing old steam dll files with the new API. They didn't note that these files are still needed but are installed by the steam client.

We are re-adding the dll's to the dedicated server installation and we should have a hotfix out before lunch.

I have a similar problem.

I am not sure what "adding the firewall permission to use public" means. My firewall rules were selected as public profile and I just added Domain and Private. It applies to all ports and interfaces and there are two firewall rules, one for TCP and one for UDP. Still getting the same error.

I turned the firewall off and I still get the same error.

After further testing i reverted to last weeks build and it works just fine. I also cannot create a new server on the new version with any scenario.

How do I revert to the previous build?
