game crashes when trying to load

Attempts to load a save results in a crash, I have tried verifying files, uninstall/reinstalling the game. I have been able to get on after numerous attempts, but as soon as I log out, even after making a new save, the problem starts again. I have been able to log in twice during four days of trying.

From the logs I see that the Game version used is 2.0.2.57. Does the crash occur also when loading existing Saved Game on current Game version: 2.2.0.1977? It does seem like there is a problem with conveyor system which causes the crashes.

I am also unable to login to the help site. The box pops up with my info, but the red "Longin" button doesn't do anything so I can only respond via email. The game has not had the issue since the latest update on 3/24/26. I can't attach the ZIP because it's too large.
