Hidden Hotkey Ctrl + Alt + Mousewheel changes look sensitivty

As the title says there is an unchangeable hard coded hotkey that Ctrl + Alt + Mousewheel changes your look sensitivity. This is a terrible design as that is the hotkey for the Windows Magnifier Accessibility zoom in and zoom out. Really frustrating not being able to use a built in accessibility tool because of a hard coded hotkey. Please either add an option to bind this hotkey in the settings or change it to something else.
