interior turret deals damage in only 400m range after warfare update, firing still at 800m

So this makes it do damage only in half range. Tested in game. Either delete the row or change to 1 as it always was or change the max turret aiming range in CubeBlocks_Weapons.sbc to 400m so the turrets just don't fire in 400-800m range without any impact just wasting ammo.
