KEYBOARD freezes completely except for alt tab (steam disscusion posting)

hello im having issues with my keyboard functioning at all IN-GAME
i was contacted by a developer with in my steam community post
they instructed me to delete CFG file (no fix)
i do NOT use plug ins\
can you plz help me?
Isy's inventory mod did stated FATAL ERROR
but iv been self testing in a new world save with zero mods with the same issues
max 3 mins of play time then keyboard goes unresponsive, mouse works (gyro shakes car, welder lights up, block in hand placeable
but no keyboard function
Alt tab seems to be the only thing that works
no esc key, windows key is a sometimes, volume scroller wheel make changes and volume window appears on screen when used
but no other keys work
my freind said try F3, that key does not respond either....
