Jump Drives get stuck draining power once fully charged

What it says, sometimes a jump drive doesn't recognise its reached full charge.
Not replicable in local player. Has occurred for me multiple times in the past 2 weeks on Keen AU #1 server.
Seems like a failure of block state updating during online play, ie the action is not triggered once the condition is met.
Here is a ticket where a user sent a screen shot clearly showing the bugged block (100% charged but still draining 32MW)
QA then asked for more information instead of investigating it themselves. Then closed the ticket
