STR would be pressing Control+LMB on a LCD or Light. No other systems have the issue as far as I know. I can stream via discord if you wish to see it in action. I also used a base private empty creative world to test.

I have this issue as well. When will we get a fix? Also noticed after the latest major update, CTRL+CLICK also *moves* the slider to the point you clicked, whereas before it did not. I prefer the old behavior: I do not want the slider jumping to a new value when I'm about to enter a manual value.
