Crash report on 4 0 0 3165, just building a drill in a new campaign

Crash report on 4 0 0 3165
I started a new campaign directly at 4 0 0 3165, completed few contracts, then built and grind the first drill - no crashes.
Then built Smelter, assembler, then turned on production of compressors and start building new drill - game crashed at some % of building of a drill.
All files which were created at a time of crash are attached.
I have the same bug Access denied
