Crash on Fast Travel

Here is a complete description of the crash I am experiencing when using Fast Travel, including everything I have tested so far.

Issue descriptionWhenever I click Fast Travel, the yellow countdown circle goes down to 0 seconds, and at that exact moment the game instantly crashes to desktop.

At the very beginning (first attempts), I could briefly see my destination in-game for about half a second before the crash occurred.

Now, I do not see the destination at all — the crash happens instantly at 0 seconds.

When the crash occurs, a CMD window briefly appears mentioning a crash log, then the game closes.

Tests performed (all result in the same crash)I have already tried:

• Fast travel in first-person view
• Fast travel in third-person view
• Not touching the camera at all
• Inside my ship
• Outside my ship
• With an empty inventory
• With or without the ship nearby
• Updating all my PC drivers
• Restarting the game
• Restarting the PC
• Checked save directories in both: AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers2 AppData\Local\SpaceEngineers2
  (the files TravelCache.dat and TravelState.dat do not exist in either location)

The crash still happens consistently when the fast-travel timer reaches 0 seconds.

Thanks guys for adding your logs - I lost mine because i went for a workaround:

Temporary workaround: download two mods - always safe speed and infinite speed - fly directly there, then remove mods.

Mine is very similar to Pierre's:

standing on space station, yellow circle counts down until there's just a tiny bit left, hangs for a bit - sometimes it finishes turns red for a split second then nothing happens, other times it doesnt finish the last tiny bit and crashes to desktop instead.

hovering in space in a ship or not in a ship always yellow circle counts down until the last little bit, hangs, then CTD.

docked on connector or landing gear on station counts down to the last little bit, hangs for a moment, completes then turns red and nothing happens, sometimes this way CTD as well.

The issue has been resolved on my end after a recent small update. The game is no longer crashing and fast travel now works correctly. Thank you for your assistance.

I only made the verification of files with the steam's thing.

But the verification said "all files good". Then?

Idk.

This bug has also been fixed for me in today's hotfix
