Native Joystick/Flight stick support
Under Consideration
In Space Engineers 2, with the higher speeds, and more modern game engine, it would be amazing if support for Joysticks would be natively supported. With thrusters that respond to axis movements on the joysticks.
There are many games and peripherals out today that many people play with, that they would love to fly their ships with in game, without using 3rd party software to make it kind of work, such as Joy2key.

I like this feedback
Yess, theres a lot of Devices whit no short of buttons like virpil that whit a dual joystick setup you can do all axys whit precision, and like you mencion taht you are looking to add a virtual joystick like the one on star citizen, you can take this too

I have what is functionally an Xbox controller for my PC. If you can "port" over the controller settings for SE2 from the Xbox version to the PC version, that would be greatly appreciated.
