1x3 Ramp even 1x4

Some Rovers in SE1 have a tendancy to get stuck or to damage themself on a 2x1 ramp.

That can be simply resolve by a 1x3 or/and 1x4 ramp block.

This should hurt right?...

...Right?

I would be happy even if this was a fixed block like the original Ramp from SE rather than armour. The reason I mention this is that it would minimise the subsequent demands for other armour shapes to interface between the new slope and the old one

What i did for 2x1 slopes in SE2 is create a blueprint for the entire slope. That way we kind of get best of both worlds.

More ramps is more better :D. I would prefer them to be armor blocks but could also deal with fixed ramps. So far only mods filled this gap.

That's why I created my own feedback about better slop solutions, because the more angles you want, the more block at the end need to bring them all together inclusive transitions. Being able to scale blocks would help a lot here more then again dozens of armor blocks. That was really a bad part of SE1.

The 1:3 and 1:4 ramps greatly expand the number of parts needed...

This is both laborious to create, but most importantly - the clarity of the parts catalogue is lost quite quickly.

Yep, that's why I created this topic:

Such a solution would be much better, you could do much more angles of slopes without having dozens of armor blocks.

Even if they only add the ramps and the most basic connector pieces, like the ones that slope down 45 degrees to a flat surface it would already enhance building so much.

i end up making this suggestion https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers2/pc/topic/46165-longer-wedgesslopes-1x6-units

we really need more wedges and the same wedges for ALL grid sizes

Yess!!! Like DEP blocks mod so we can have smoother and better sloped ships!
