Save corrupted, loading popup crahes game to Dashboard
Details:
Xbox Series X.
Own all Dlcs.
Cloud storage semi close to full.
Save in question over half current PCU and over a year old.
To start id finally decided to go back to playing SE after quitting since the fieldwork update due to the PCU Reductions locking me out of projects that kept me playing the game in the first place.
For a day or 2 had the occasional but expected crash but yesterday when testing the timer programing so just trying to manual save so I can reload if it doesn't work I was met with a popup I missed due to me canceling it off whilt backing out of a menu as it popped which led to manual saves no longer working or atleast no longer bringing up the message that its saved.
Saved my build 1 of several in that world then exited to see from preview none of the attempts had saved the game.
Upon trying to load the game atleast the first 2 times it crashed upon entering the world then refused to load entirely. Assuming it was a max cloud storage problem I deleted a save and was going to delete some backups on the save in question but when trying to it would ask to delete the main save which was hesitant to do so. To test it didn't delete my actual save, I renames the backup with a number on the end to see if it would show up when the confirmation message popped up to delete. The number I had added had disappeared then subsequently the save became unaccessible as seen in the video below. I was able to upload a backup file to Modio as the main file now seems blank but the continue image is still the same and trying to upload the file even before it became blank was met with the message of not being able to find it on the cloud but not just identifies it as corrupted.
Since then I'd tried to boot the save from the modio backup I'd just made to have the game crash to dashboard after a second of yhe loading popup also shown in video.
I'm guessing uninstall, reinstall would work to fix the crashing when loading a new world but as on xbox this wipes all backup saves im not in a rush to do this is haven't tried booting other saves due to fear the current bug may corrupt more than just this save and would reduce chances of possibly saving the original save.
Appologies for the lengh of the report just thought the more the better.
Hello, Engineer!
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Let's start with creating mod.io backups for your crucial saves. You can try publishing specific backups as well.
Let's also try submitting logs.

Update: although as the videos and message showed the save was fully inaccessible and I had previously power cycled the xbox aswell as turning it off and on. As of yesterday when I had to move my setup to get flooring installed leaving it completely without power for more than 16 hrs, upon setting up my xbox, tv etc the world now works as if no corruption occurred.
I meant to write this response yesterday but had allot of stuff to do. If anything like this happens I'll be sure to send log and report again.
Thankfully I didn't try to boot up any other saves as it might have countered whatever happened to fix it.
Thankyou anyway for the reply
