Recently our dedicated server has been crashing with a StackOverflowException message. This is often when a user joins the server but not exclusivley. Can you help troubleshoot?

Users both connect using xbox

Hello, Engineer!

Could you please tell us more about the server? Are you running it on a local machine? Are you able to provide logs?

Kind Regards

The server is hosted with a service provider. I have access to the server via sftp. Which logs can I get to help?

Hello, Engineer!

Is it crashing with one particular save or with any save/custom world? If former, could you share that world?

Kind Regards

I don't appear to be able to attach the file here. How is best to get it to you?

Hello Engineer,

You should be able to attach a .zip archive with a save. If the save size is over the limit, could you please use a google drive instead? When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.

Kind regards,

Hello Engineer,

Your logs indicate that you're using a Torch server and unfortunately we do not provide support for Torch. Please refer to Torch support instead.
