Where are the bullets going when I fire the precise rifle? 1.192.1

Since the most recent update or Minor Update 1.192.1, bullets from the precise rifle (only one tested so far) aren't traveling/landing where they are being aimed, either with gun sight or cross hairs. I am having to look at the bullet traces and adjust accordingly, It could be from mods that haven't updated yet, idk.

still not fixed, bullets DO NOT go where you aim them, they go to one side of the reticule and only space out worse and worse the further away you are making combat wildly unpredictable
