Vehicle toolbar not work with controller.

Hi, when using a controller (is a Xbox one controller, it works well) and in a new vehicle you edit the toolbar pressing G then add blocks to the bar and close the menu, the toolbar still empty, if you enter and exit the toolbar's buttons appear, but if you edit it the elemnts in the bar for the controller interface do not update.

Hello, Guardian00,

thanks for letting us know about this issue that you are experiencing.

We have had several issue regarding controllers (and it´s settings) in the game and for most of the players, this workaround/fix that have proven to fix the controller issue. Can you please try it as well?

1) On your PC, open Control panel, switch to Large Icons

2) Go to Devices and Printers

3) Right click on the gamepad and open 'Game Controller settings'

4) Select the controller and press 'Advanced' button

5) Select 'Controller (Xbox One For Windows)' as preferred device

6) Press 'Ok' button

Hi.

The controller works correctly, the problem is in the vehicle toolbar (game HUD/interface) that only works the first time, if you want to update it, the changes are not present in the controller interface, but when returning with the mouse and keyboard

I have been looking into this and with regards to the linked thread, I can add with Left stick push A & B and these either add or remove without an issue and these save. I'm a little confused as this seems different to be different from what you are then mentioning in this thread.

Can you post reliable reproduction steps with what is happening and how you are doing it? Or even better, a video?

From your comments, I think you are trying to update the G-menu via mouse and keyboard but they are then not present when you switch to the controller interface? If so, this is showing up for me and if I switch from keyboard and mouse backwards and forwards to controller, my choice is still there. Please could you supply a video and or reliable reproduction steps as mentioned above? :)

on a new cockpit

1 g-menu and add items

2 change to the controller and no items on toolbat

3 exit and enter the cockpit and the controller's toolbar works

4 edit the toolbar and the new items on it do not appear to the controller

Also I check local files and deleted the SpaceEngineers.cfg
