No sound xaudio2 failed to create

After the latest windows update the audio has seized to function and the log has a xaudio failed to create error in it but all xaudio files are present in system32 and syswow64 folders
I have the same bug
Fixed had to delete the files in system32 and then reinstall direct x apparently the files got corrupted
