Thank you for your report. Did reconnect (F5) help you? If not, try to escape the ship (e.g. respawn). We are aware of this problem (one of the cases is here: https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/ghost-issue-falling-through-planetsblocks). Some cases should be fixed in the next game update (version 197) but we can't be sure that this will be fixed.
