Jukebox Changes Tracks when Jumping. Has No Directional Sound

When surround sound is enabled, it has absolutely no directional sounds, simply plays full volume out of the front right speaker.
The surround sound has been broken since release, any chance of this being fixed or simply disabled since it doesn't work at all? This is ridiculous that it is still busted and I have to disable surround just to play the game and hear things as they are intended.
