There is a main thread for this here https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc/topic/server-not-responding-many-unable-to-join-servers Is this happening on every server you try to join? Are these official Keen servers? Are you able to join lobby games ok? Do the servers have mods? Please could you provide a log from when you experience this issue
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
