Hard ghost voxel respawning while drilling, breaking the drills

While drilling, some strangee ghost pyramidal voxels instantly respawn, the drills have a very tough work to break them, by hand or with electrical drills. Drilling settings can't go forward anymore and break.
Can be reproduced.
