Game is Mute Audio cannot be adjusted (jumps back to 0)

Hello there,
I just played a bit in public test and have the problem that I cannot adjust my games audio its completely mute.
when I try to make it louder and press ok nothing happens and opening the menu again shows they are back at 0 volume
I used the same setting as in main game. so it appears something broke it
I have the same bug 
Hmm after restarting the game everything works normal again... Unsure what caused it.
Ill just leave my original config that I saved before updating here for investigation.
All I did was changing my game setting to select the gamepad to be detected.
