Game camera freeze

So, I load up my game, it's Star system, survival no mods. and 8/10 times the camera of the character will just freeze. the game works, just without camera moving, which is locked. I press ESC, and mouse works. any button shows after pressing ESC does not work. save game, save as, option, exit to the main menu. all the buttons are clickable, but no response. So It happens too often. it's frustrating to see a game load up and just to found disappointment. so I had to alt tab, and close the game. even though it's been closed, steam wouldn't register it. so I had to close steam with it, then restart both systems each time.

okay, thank you. The more it freeze, the clear it gets, so it seems to be losing the camera feature of the game. which locks the screen. and loses the mouse clicking function. the keyboard works to click exit the game. mouse movement works on menus. after camera freeze. just not clicking any of them.
