Error with world loading

Dear,
3 days ago, I wanted to play on my server and I receive this error message "Error while loading the world - please check the log file for more information". And I can't find the solution.
Can you help me?

I tried to reproduce the issue and during creating DS I got warning that World setting max players count is outside of correct range. But even after changing it to the supported range the server was constantly respawning.
In SP there was an error loading the world.

I try to launch after changing the max players, but nothing change it send my always the same error ''Error while loading the world - please check the log file for more information''.

We have investigated this issue and found a solution: please replace all broken files with valid files in backup, then you can load the world again.
