Dx11 error

Hello,
I get the error: "The current version of the game requires a DX 11 card.
My pc is an i5-6600K Cpu @3.5GHz, 16GB Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX960, Updatet from Win7 to Win 10, Dxdiag says DX12.
All Drivers are up to date. I've been trying to get the problem under control for weeks,
but now I don't know what to do.

Thank you for your efforts, i have fixed the bug yesterday. I change the screen resolution from 1920*1080 to a lower resolution, start the game -> i chan´t belive it works!!! -> go out of the game and change the resolution back to 1920*1080 -> i restart the game and it still works. What a stupid bug....
