Controller in GeForce Now not detected/working

Hello,
After trying many different ways, I am unable to use a controller in GeForce Now.
I have tried a generic controller on a tablet and the Nvidia controller on the Nvidia Shield.
I have also tried changing the controller settings on Steam (Steam Input default / force on / force off) and without success.
The controllers do work in other games and on Steam Overlay when launched.

Although the problem in the other topic is directly in Windows, I suppose that in GeForce the same thing happens to be a virtual machine with Windows, I have found the solution:
