Characters Getting throught the floor

Me and my friends , we were in a station in a safe zone and suddenly our characters were stuck in a squatting-jumping state through the floor.
For info the base is fully equipped with refineries , assemblers ,arc furnaces and with ships connected to connectors
Even the ships were stuck in the middle of the block

Was this on a server? We have a similar bug on the Upside Down server whenever RAM usage goes above ~20 GB.
