Airtightness around Gates and Hangar Doors when running Programmable Block script

I have a specific bug when running my airlock script in a Programmable block. When one airlock with a larger door (hangar doors or Frostbite gates) is depressurized and I try to go through another airlock the whole grid glitches out the airtightness calculations. The 2nd airlock vent shows cannot pressurize even with all doors closed. The 1st airlock with start to pressurize but at a very slow rate, and stays pressurizing even if you remove a floor/wall block. Vents on the outside show they can pressurize and will start to try and pressurize the outside. Normal sized doors (sliding door, offset door, etc.) all work fine. Even mod doors like Darth Biomech's Large Gate also work fine.

Turning off the programmable block doesn't fix. Nor does removing and replacing blocks. Saving and reloading or cutting/pasting the grid does fix it. I assume because it dumps the calculations. I suspect the bug is around how the larger doors calculate airtightness but I can't be sure.

I made a YouTube video highlighting the issues: https://youtu.be/UBMuj0nSbK4

Turns out it is not the script at all. I took the same grid, removed the programmable block entirely, and manually went through the pressurize and depressurize steps of opening and closing doors, depressurizing vents, etc. Here is the YouTube video of me going through the steps: https://youtu.be/RgEM2WxWROU

Hello, MechGingineer,

thanks for sharing this issue with us.

We already know about same issue - here. The only difference is that you are not using connector to connect any ship before the bug occurs.

You think it is possible to share the BP of the base from video or a save file of the world where the base is located? That way I can check it myself and update properly the bug that is already in our internal system with providing another approach to achieve it even without using connector on the ship.

Thanks in advance.

Kind Regards

Hey thank you for the fast response, you guys are awesome! BP: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2441680138

To add to your list... I cannot upload blueprints to steam until I go delete the thumb in the local save file.

Hello, MechGingineer,

thanks a lot for providing the BP. With it the issue was easily reproduced. I updated the original bug from the thread I shared here with docking the ship, that it is reproducible without ship/connector usage as well.

As for the issue with BP - already reproduced as well and it is listed in our system from multiple threads here on support. But thanks for keen eye :)

Kind Regards
