Game Crash on startup, Can't find any info on how to fix it online

Hi, my game has started to crash on launch when I formated my computer. I tried to find out what was the problem but it seems the problem that appears in the log is usually a problem that happens in game and not on startup. I can't find any info on how to fix this. I was wondering if you could help me with this.
