Only get a skybox when connecting to multiplayer

Hi there.

tonight I can't join a MP server. I can join fine through the browser but when the game 'loads' all I see is a 'skybox' with the sky/stars and planets and moons. Nothing of the actual world I'm logging into. No menus or gui at all just the skybox. I can only select the main menu (Esc).

Have completed, the steps shown in this old post, with no improvement,

Looking at the log. it shows:
