so seems like the issue isnt isolated to linux since i installed the game on my windows partition and i encountered the exact same issue

switching to hotspot removes the issue so il assume its something that got to do with my router even though i havent touched its settings in ages

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on our Support Forum.

Since the issue is not limited to Linux and also persists on Windows but is resolved when using a mobile hotspot or VPN, it suggests that the problem is most likely related to your network or router rather than the game itself.

We recommend checking whether your router is running the latest firmware and reviewing its settings, as a recent configuration change may be causing the issue. It would also be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider, as they may be able to identify or resolve any network-related problems.

At the moment, this does not appear to be a bug within the game itself. However, we'll keep this thread open, so if you need any further assistance or have any updates, please let us know.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department
