I would encourage you to use correct forms for units, notice how you used the correct form for km, not kms, why did you decide for mins with time ?

The game takes place in a professional engineering setting, its not a bunch of clown in a local pub. Please next time, do at least a google search.

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After discussing this internally, we'd like to confirm that we won't be changing the current format for minutes at this time.

However, your report did help us notice a few other inconsistencies with countdown timers that we can improve in the future, so we appreciate you taking the time to point them out.

For now, we'll be closing this report as Not a Bug.

Thank you again for your feedback, and please don't hesitate to share any other suggestions or issues you encounter while playing Space Engineers in the future.

Thank you for your understanding.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department

The idea was not to change to minutes, only to abbreviate correctly as per international norm, which is min, not mins.

This reminds me of asking for proper use of commas and dots in the mass display in bottom right corner. Took me 3 years and several posts for you to finally change from 12345.00 to 12,345.00 or 12.345,00, (the point was to separate a long line of numbers to make them easier to read).

Now again, you made something irrational and are too stubborn to admit failure and correct it.

For future reference for such matters, please at least perform a google search. in 2026 there is no excuse for ignorance.

"min" is the technically correct (the best kind of correct) unit symbol for minutes, please reconsider. Also, a space would be needed between the number and the symbol. How hard would it be to fix?
