In order for us to be able to investigate this issue better, could you please share a log file from any of the affected game sessions?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Just to quickly weigh in since I saw this topic, this is actually a very common issue that's plagued the game for years. You may need to restart your PC in order to boot the game, this often fixes the issue.

(if you have difficulties finding the log file, press WIN+R, in the box that will open paste %APPDATA%\SpaceEngineers and press enter. The log file folder will open, the text document named ‘SpaceEngineers’ is the log file.)
Then please provide us with the files as asked and described there.
