Okay, I think it's because I was including a copy-pasted screen shot. I'll try attaching it as a file, instead.

Anyway, the new location signs don't seem to be working for me. I'm guessing because I haven't bought the Economy II DLC yet? The front/yellow side of the signs have a little square on the right and a weird transparent section in the top right corner. I've been to 2 of the new trade stations and every single sign was the same.

Can you please also share us log from any of the affected game sessions?

You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

I've played some since on that world. Do you want my most recent log from wherever I am, or should I go back to one of the stations and get a new log?

Actually, I can't remember when I last played that particular save, so no idea which log to send. And, as per my bug report over here, I can't play right now without crashing my entire computer. I'll get back to you when I'm able to play again, if the bug is still there at that point.

Thank you for your reply and for sharing the logs.

After reviewing them, it appears that the world where you experienced the issue was modded (had MODs enabled). Since MODs can alter the game’s functionality and may be causing this issue, could you please create a new fresh unmodded/vanilla world and check whether the issue still occurs there?

If it does, please exit the game and verify the game files (Right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files → wait until all files are verified successfully). Once that is done, launch the game again, create another new vanilla world, and check if the issue still persists.

If the issue continues to occur, please send us the vanilla world save where you are still experiencing it, along with latest log files.

  • You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
  • Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
