Game freezes often for multiple seconds

No matter if Singleplayer or Multiplayer, Modded or 100% completely fresh install with Game Files and Config directory deleted, the game freezes constantly for multiple seconds. Frequency depends on the size of world. (In a new world it happens every couple of minutes. In a big world it happens basically once every minute, minimum.)

The Community on Discord has told me that it is likely a 'simulation' issue on my end, as animated objects still work (Thruster effects, foliage, etc).

During a freeze, the Shift+F11 list stops too, then disappears briefly into the freeze and returns when the game resumes.

The CTRL+H profiler also freezes, but shows an enormous spike in the category "Client Perf Avg -> Threads".

One attempted fix to set the games processor priority to Higher than Normal/High/Realtime, or assigned it to only specific cores, did not yield any change.

Second attempted troubleshoot was backing up the game files in steams directory, and all files in the Roaming directory, then reinstalling Space Engineers fully, making a new empty space world, build a cube or two, and then wait. Issue still occured, so i reinstated my file backups.

Attached are:

- Screenshot of the CTRL+H profiler at the peak of a freeze, in no category

- Screenshot of the CTRL+H profiler at the same moment, but navigated into Client Perf Avg

- Recording of the CTRL+H and Shift+F11 profilers during a freeze

- Log of a test session in a new empty space world with no mods. Closed the game immediately after the freeze.
