Hinge get stuck when reaches upper limit

Hello,
I would like to report a supposed bug, when hinge moving with arm of custom turret gets stuck, after it reaches the set up upper limit (no matter how). You have to increase the limit to make it working. It's given by the enormous weight of the lever, since lighter grids don't do that. But if it is too heavy, it shouldn't move at all, I guess.
