Ore detector range doe not change with mods/SBC file edit

Mods that increase detector range do not affect detector range
Editing the CubeBlocks_Tools.sbc line 449 or 497 for Detector range does not affect actual range in game.
Was working before 1.208

If we change the range of the ore detector block manually in the related .sbc file, the change is reflected in the game accordingly. Would you be so kind to provide the mod you have been using that has the issue? Additionally, if possible, please provide a screen recording/video when experiencing this issue.

Here is a screen recording of the issue. I made sure to verify file integrity on steam before hand and modified the .sbc file afterward.
