Unable to Blueprint grids or Upload worlds to the steam workshop

As of roughly the 8th of August, I have been unable to blueprint grids or upload worlds to the steam workshop. I already tried verifying file integrity, and that wasn't it. Whenever I try to upload a grid from my clipboard as a blueprint, it just goes to the top existing blueprint and refuses to blueprint the grid. I suspect the issue lays with steam cloud integration on the game's end.
