Open hangar door can't be walked through
Need More Information
When building a hangar door in survival (any type of hangar door), it builds closed. Once opened, an invisible force stops me from walking through it, regardless of whether I'm walking, running or using the jetpack, I get rubber-banded back to the starting side of the door. Other players on the server experience the same issue with hangar doors that I've built.
The issue is not present on hangar doors that were built in survival that were part of a blueprint that was designed in creative and brought across. I;ve gone into a creative game that has all the same mods installed and the issue is not present there, either.
Mods in use on the server are:
- Nanobot build and repair system (maintained) by SKO85
- NPC defense shields provider by Meridius
- Deuterium arc reactor pack by MTGraves
- Colourful icons by typekcz
- Aryx weapon enterprises - vol. 2 - naval by AryxCami
- Aryx weapon enterprises vol. 1 [weaponcore] by AryxCami
- Rotary airlock by nukeguard
- Mahlnd - Info LCDs (No Pb) by mahtrok
- High range ore detectors by Federal
- More pistons by nukeguard
- Advanced welding by Digi
- Captains seat by Spazz86
- Weaponcore - 2.5 by BDCarrillo and Ash Like Snow
- Defense Shields - v2.2(8) by Ash Like Snow
- [QoL] Mechanical keybinds by DraygoKorvan
- Build Info by Digi
- Build Vision 3.0 by Dark Helmet
- Rich HUD master by Dark Helmet
- Alarms, SFX, and Ambiences of the Alien Franchise by Infamous
- VCZ Elevator v2.0 by Jack Schitt
- Tech blocks everywhere by Sadragos
- Sleep mod by Zelious
- HUD compass by Zelious
- Definition extension API by DraygoKorvan
- Automatic doors & airlocks by TaikoDragon
- Autofill bottles by Echthros
- Text HUD API by Screaming Angels and DraygoKorvan
- Tiered tech blocks by Desertstorm and Sadragos
- Modular encounters systems by Meridius
- Camera panning by Digi
Update: on hangar doors that were built in creative and brought across as a blueprint - the open door doesn't stop me walking through, however when closing those doors, I am able to walk straight through the door to the other side. The issue seems to directly relate to whether the door builds closed as normal or open when part of a blueprint where the blueprint was taken with the door open.

Hello Jacob,
thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
However, please note that we do not support mods as such. It is their owners/creators responsibility that every and each one is working with the current game version correctly.
Since you have quite a list of them, it is possible that this problem that you are experiencing is due to mod(s) and/or their combinations.
You are even mentioning, that the issue us present for you in survival and creative with the same mods.
Can you please try on your side also if the problem is present in completely vanilla (no mods) game?
Start a new game and try to build simple powered grid with hangar doors blocks. Is the issue present there as well, without any mods?
I was not able to reproduce it on new vanilla game on my side - not in closed nor in opened state. Hangar door blocks were working as expected.
If you are able to reproduce it on new vanilla world, can you please share me a video showcasing this problem (or steps to reproduce) and eventually also the affected (modless) world?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.¨
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
