wheels randomly lock up and when steering

this happens regardless of space between wheels and fender frame etc it just happens constantly
and will flip the car over it locks up so bad and I for my life cant fix it. they are weld at 100 percent. doesnt fix it reloading the game sometimes fixes it but it happens constantly and now Im finding out it does it all on its own on every vehicle regardless of it ever going to space being towed or in the air etc. they just lock up and nothing fixes it but reloading the game. this is an inconcievably annoying game breaking bug that has plagued me from the beginning on every vehicle regardless of any mods.
