Thrusters firing in opposite directions, if one is a hydrogen thruster
I have observed a bug when playing with a controller on PC, where both forward and backward thrusters fire simlutaniously when inputting forward movement on the stick.
## Steps to reproduce
Version of the game: 1.205.026 b0
Prepare a ship with hydrogen thrusters producing thrust in the forward direction (pointing backwards), and a atmospheric thruster producing thrust in reverse (pointing forwards. Also add any necessary sideways and upwards thrust to prevent crashing the ship.
On a controller, fly forward, and while flying forward turn off the reverse atmo thrusters. The problem is not reproducable on a ship that has not had its reverse thrusters turned off before.
Stop, then input forward direction movement by tiling the stick forward _slightly_. The problem occurs when the stick is tilted slightly for a low desired flying speed.
## Observed behavior
The hydrogen thruster produces full thrust, and the atmo thruster also produces full thrust to fight it.
## Intended behavior
The hydrogen thruster only thrusts at a low power until the target speed of the stick tilt is reached, then it stops producing thrust.
This is what happens if the hydrogen thruster is replaced with an atmo thruster, so that all thrusters on the ship are atmos.
