block placing ghost for un owned dlc block

While placing an antenna the parabolic antenna was selected even though I don't own the contact DLC, when clicking it wouldn't place the antenna and when I scrolled to another block I couldn't scroll back to the parabolic antenna.
This bug will like have little affect on any player but I will give you the steps to reproduce ant way.
I placed a laser antenna on a small grid, moved to a large grid with the antenna still selected, I may have scrolled up or down but don't remember, and when I was in pointing at the ship the parabolic antenna was selected
