Target locks still don't extend range of custom turret controllers

Which was marked as solved despite the issue still being present. Custom turrets with weapons that have ranges longer than 800m cannot engage at those ranges even when the ship has a lock on a target.

Could you please provide a save or a blueprint for this issue?
In regards to the issue you've linked, it referred to AI target locking and not range.

I apologize, I just ran a minimal repro with a very simple turret and it worked just fine. I don't know when this was fixed but it definitely was not always the case, PEBKAC in any case. Please resolve this ticket.
