Space Engineers does not start
I run it via steam, it is displayed in the task manager, but no PC resources are used. Nothing is happening at all.
Nothing even about the config was displayed in the log until I manually downloaded it from the Internet and added it along this path: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers

We'll need some additional info. Have you played the game on this PC before or is this a fresh install? Have you already played it on another PC and now trying to play it on this one? Does the game show up as "Running" on the Steam?
Can you please try our general workarounds if any of that might help? With this info, we can also investigate the issue further.
If nothing from the list helps, please try to take a look again if the log file from the game was created (without needing to add it from somewhere before) and share it here. If no log was generated, try to check the Windows Event Viewer and check for an error there. Here are the steps on how you can do that https://www.spaceengineersgame.com/troubleshooting/game-will-not-start-issues/ - look for the part "Problem: When the game does not start and does not produce any log file.
