Steam - I've got a present for you - Achievement does not unlock at all.

Hi Keen,
This is the only achievement I could not get.
It is true for the previous version - signal (?), and the new version, the contact update.
Just tested.
We exploded small and large warheads, with detonate button, timer explode, timer block, button and shooting an armed bomb, in different factions and without one, in 3rd party servers and both player's hosted worlds.
Both players were literally touching the warheads.
It just doesn't work. At all.
Please fix. I want that 100%.
