some sounds are only on the left ear

Please help i dont like the feeling when the sound is only on the left ear.
Sounds i only hear on the left ear:
third person jetpack
third person thruster sound
sound block (not all sounds)
I have the same bug
it's more like "most" of the sounds are only in the left ear. the sound block has less than 30 percent usable sounds because everything is played as mono sound in the left ear, instead of proper directional audio.
