This happen after reinstalling game on may/13/2024 after signal update log

Error read as a drive Nvidia implying that there and issue with Nvidia "Unable to load DLL 'AnselSDK64': A certificate was explicitly revoked by its issuer."
current specs/checks for version

I'm on driver 552.44 from 05/09/2024 latest version (using GeForce experience) on a RTX 3070
space engineers file are up and verified and been reinstalled
window 10 home fully up to date version 22H2
Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable at version version 12.0.40664.0
Things I have try (not full list it been days)

obvious verified game file (more time then ill ever be able to count)
uninstall reinstalled good x5 tried different mvme
when to SpaceEngineers\Tools\VRageEditor\Plugins\ModelViewer,
Tools\VRageEditor\Bin, Tools\VRageEditor\Bin64, SpaceEngineers\Bin64
replace each AnselSDK64 -with one from friends game
had friends shoot me there file one bye one of the hole game replace them all no luck(there was an old bug i had to fix this way)
when to older beta version of a game try last 5
when through digital signature information on "AnselSDK64" verified it
removed all file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\
and under \AppData\Roaming (I BACK UP SAVE ? Blue PRINTs and every thing clouded don't do if you unsure)
reinstall nothing
deleted vedio folder
when to steam setting under general in advanced added -skipintro
it never launches so no config file to remove
DRIVERS list of tryed

drive been back to 2 and 3 old revisions
i have install fresh each time so it a full install
downloads nvidiaProfileInspector.exe
when to space engineers
found the Ansel - enable
and turned it off
also did a compare to a friends no luck see for any difference no dice
reinstall Geforce experience
installed vc++ to 9 then back to 12 no luck
verified window and connection to internet

Disable NVIDIA Ansel via NVIDIA Control Panel:
Reinstall the Game after Cleaning the Registry:
Check for Windows Updates:
Run the Game as Administrator:
