Hello, engineer!

Thank you for writing to us, and we sincerely apologize for the issue you have been experiencing.

Besides the workaround you have already tried to resolve the "Unable to load DLL 'AnselSDK64'" issue, please try the following additional workarounds as well:

Disable NVIDIA Ansel via NVIDIA Control Panel:

  • Ensure Ansel is disabled through the control panel settings, not just the profile inspector.

Reinstall the Game after Cleaning the Registry:

  • Uninstall Space Engineers, clean the registry using third-party tools like CCleaner, and then reinstall the game.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Ensure all Windows updates are installed, as they might include necessary security or compatibility updates.

Run the Game as Administrator:

  • Try running Space Engineers with administrative privileges to ensure all necessary permissions are granted.

Please let us know if any of these workarounds help resolve the issue. If the issue persists, send us the latest log file.

Kind Regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department
