Audio from sound blocks & jukeboxes comes out of one side only

This has been reported numerous times, the Issue has apparently already been reproduced and has been reported internally however it's been a while and it hasn't been patched, files that are mono (Track_Aye for example) work perfectly fine, so a easy fix I found is to convert the files to mono, I have tested with tracks that were previously broken, converted them to mono and they now work perfectly.
