Only hearing sound block out of left ear no matter which way I face

I tested this in both modded and unmodded. I have no third-party audio control software, and my settings in windows are all correct. I validated game files, deleted the .cfg, deleted the caches, nothing works. I attached a video of what is happening from a modded save (but as mentioned it persists in new, unmodded worlds). Audio is on Arcade, but this also occurs in Realistic. All other game audio works fine, its just the sound block.
If you cant distinguish the audio in the video, take off the left side of your headphones, then put them back on and restart the video but with the right side off, and that will make the issue evident.
